Oh my gosh, where to begin. A-Kon fever is over, but so many exciting things on the way.
Been a while since I updated last, but I have been so busy! Things of course have been going for the best, and I have some really exciting projects coming up that have me itching to get started.
I guess first off, to my original Inuyasha Fanfic/Fanart followers, I have been really wanting to get back to work on these things. I haven’t even looked at my Fanfiction for at least 2 months, but it is always on my mind. Maybe doing a little fanart will help out, but I have another surprise that I think will help out even more. Let’s just say… I ordered 3 long white wigs to be sewn together for one of my upcoming cosplays .
As for those who follow me for cosplaying, and in general new friends I have made, OMG COSPLAY! and I have be so excited the past few weeks. We are finally getting off our AKon high/Depression-that-it’s-over, and started working on some of our new projects. And oh man, what projects we have! I am so excited, we laid out our plans for the rest of the year and are being very proactive about getting everything done.
Currently I have all contacts, and all but 2 wigs ordered and in the mail. I have a few prop projects, aside from wig styling to take care of. I think I am going to start posting a “Wig/Prop Progress” section, because I end up with some fairly interesting results. I also end up re-making everything I make at least once. You know, you see the final result and think, I could have done this or that to make it better. Then it nags at the back of your mind until you do it
On another note, one of the most exciting things we have been working on is our cosplay group Foxy Cosplay. We have been having some pains in gathering together our photoshoot and con images, and choosing pics etc from our personal photo accounts, so we came up with the idea to have a joint photoaccount. Well we couldn’t do that without a name, amirite?
After a bit of discussion we decided to just make our own little group and start sharing our cosplay works as a team. Thus FoxyCosplay was born. A little bit of shameless plugging goes here:

Anyways, I was so happy to meet a few different DA’s at the AKon, and look forward to more out here in Houston in the next month or so.
My con schedule is:
Delta-H Con: Saturday (this is a maybe)
Kamekazicon: Saturday (maybe Friday, since i took that day off as well)
San Japan: Saturday (just for fun)
And the next full con I am attending will be MechaCon, where we have several new debuts coming up. Look forward to a few Naruto and Vampire Knight photoshoot images. I might twist ‘s arm into doing another RahXephon photoshoot as well.
